Dimetryx does not sell any physical goods.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to Dimetryx — including both subscription fees and one-time digital purchases — are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription payments.
- One-time purchases of digital software, licenses, credits, or similar items.
- Renewal charges for ongoing subscriptions.
Once a payment has been processed, no refund, credit, or reversal will be issued — regardless of usage, inactivity, or dissatisfaction — unless otherwise required by law.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting our support team at info@dimetryx.com.
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain full access to your account and services during that period.
- No prorated refunds or credits will be provided for partial months or unused portions of the subscription.
- Once the current period expires, your access will automatically end, and no further charges will occur unless you re-subscribe.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly billed or charged in error, please contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction date.
We will promptly investigate and, if necessary, issue a correction or refund solely at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, card issuer), we strongly encourage you to contact us first.
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account or denial of future services.
7. Compliance with Stripe and Payment Processors
All payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment gateways.
Refunds (where applicable) can only be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction, in compliance with processor requirements.
Please note that processing fees and currency conversion costs may not be refundable, as per Stripe's policies.
